Kat grew up in the city of Richmond, VA but she knew she wasn't meant to stay...She was a country girl at heart!  Kat has always spent time in and respected the outdoor lifestyle. 

Kat attended Lynchburg College to play soccer, where she would meet Kip in 2000.  In 2004, Kip took Kat on her first hunt, and she would soon fall in love with not only Kip, but the sport of hunting as well.  Since that first hunt, she has become a very skilled archer in her own right.  You may have seen Kat killing her first big game animals in New Zealand last year on Season II, and she proudly takes her first 2 whitetails with archery tackle this year on Season III. With a little more practice and a lot more instruction, she hopes one day she will be as good as Kip!

Kat is the backbone or Red Arrow ®, handling the public relations side of things as well as some marketing and advertising... although her predominant role is taking care of Red Arrow's future pro-staff member, their two year old little girl! She feels very blessed to be involved in and active in so many things she loves- especially her family and the outdoors!
